Simple, really.Centurions v Invincible, 100 points against 86.
How can you be invincible if you draw 12 games?
Yup. All knock out ties as well. No messing about with seeding either (I think)Fuck me I never realised that. 4 rounds and you’re in the final. The difficulty was winning your league the season before I guess.
What happened to Arsenal's other 4 points?Centurions v Invincible, 100 points against 86.

Simple, really.
Just don’t lose any games.
My bad, point still stands. What happened to Arsenal's other 4 points?
Very true mate, although tbf, back then, players generally played in their own league with a few exceptions, and invariably the top two or three teams (in some cases, the vast majority of the top team) made up most of the national team, so the quality wasn’t quite as poor as it looks on paper in a lot of cases (still agree though).Which is why when people say winning the European Cup was a bigger achievement than the Champions League they are talking utter bollocks, as if 32 league champions represent the best 32 clubs in Europe.
Even though probably 75% of them weren’t born thenJust a shame they'll be too modest to mention it when we play them this coming season.
The clue is in the title.Simple, really.
Just don’t lose any games.
