I was there, we were poor. Simple stuff like the man getting dispossessed not even bothering to chase the man who robbed him. All our players slip continually.

Outplayed for a lot of the match in a way we aren't used to seeing at home. A win, yes, but it won't fool anyone.
They played around us, Played through us , played beyond us . Shocking , yes we won but if anybody lets that paper over the alarming cracks then they are living in Lala land . The lack of work rate and desire is Appalling . Drastic surgery is required . Just releived we got the three points .

I feel like that after the first 20 minutes, your lot thought the game was won, so eased off. Then as we grew into the game, we all knew you'd get that next goal. It was predictable. Us coming back to 2-2 was a shock, but somehow I knew we'd still get beat. Just out luck.

For all you've spent, you can't buy a spirit, which is what we shown today. Still, I'd swap league positions in a heartbeat.

Ha ha we must be the only team that the word "spirit" gets mentioned , i was going to say after a loss, but now people are saying it after a win. So spiritless City 3 full of spirit villa 2 there you go.
that said i do hope you trounce the arse at wembley .

Just seen the high lights .
Good job Guzan was embarassing .
Because we looked bloody shite .
Also got away with an off side that makes a refreshing change .
Only good thing about that was the win .

So have I & it showed we should have been 3 or 4 up before Villa had a kick inc a pen on Aguero, & then we let in two Joe Hart inspired goals, got away with an offside & scored at the death to win it.

All 90 mins are included in the game as I understand it.
Are you saying Match of the Day make it look like City are shite .
I know highlights don't always paint a real picture of a game .
Know way should City be making a team like Villa look good .
Just shows how crap City have been in 2015 .

So how does this work exactly. People say we will not win and expect the worst, than go on about how crap we were when we actually ... won?!

It was truly awfull yet 3p. Reliving the old days ... Except we got the 3p. And because Spuds and dippers drew it's a good day. Now if Everton and rentboys win I will be an even more happier man worrying about next weekend. CTID!!

Can't believe there's people saying that Villa deserved to win and that we just got lucky. Not only the c*nts on Sky but also some city fans.

We clearly didn't play great (and we need obvious changes) but we were denied pens as well. They didn't deserve victory.

Not sure what you watched. They took us apart for 70 minutes. We kept giving them the ball back and if they could finish they would have won. We did nothing to counteract a bottom 5 team who were playing our defence and midfield of the park.

Today's in-match forum is comedy gold, as is the Prem League Games thread on Rag Caf.

Motd mentioned Aguero should have had a pen in the commentary (scored straight after Silva claim) but only discussed the Villa pen and how they should have been 3/2 up after the highlights

Not sure I heard right but thought the commentator - who was an idiot - said when they looked at the Silva penalty that the scissor tackle was 'perfectly executed' what does that mean?

Lol, well said.

It's all been said and done this season let's just collect the points, say thanks and move on. End of the season can't come quickly enough.

And they couldn't so how do they deserve the victory? They had a goal which was controversially ruled offside and we were denied at least one penalty.

They also foolishly gifted us a goal and paid for it at the end. Not like they outclassed us on shots on target either.. we both had 4.

Went through the man to get the ball.

Very stressful game today, far too wasteful in the pass, throw ins and goal kicks. Gifted villa possession and lost it far too easily. So relieved with the third goal as were the players. Don't think my heart can cope with much more!! Three points a positive, not a lot else was!!
