Doesn't need to adapt his game for Pep. Reads the game well, great at short and long passing and more importantly adds leadership.

On his day the best CB in the Prem.

Different league from any other defender at the club. Assuming Pep will want to look after him, he probably won't be able to play at Wembley and in the derby. I think I'd save him for the derby but it's a tough decision for the manager.

Arsenal have the much better attack so I'd be tempted to use him in the cup, especially if the rags drop points against Chelsea or/and Burnley.

If a fully fit Vinny doesn't fit into the managers way of thinking, finishing mod table with stoke is about that managers level.
