Only a suggestion.
To give the Kompany song more impact I think we should all stand up whilst singing the song.
Think it would look brilliant and may even get some of the other blocks/ stands joining in.
Just an idea to help keep the atmosphere going through the game and give more gravitas to his song.

Which Vincent Kompany song? You mean that really lame and unoriginal one we have we've put no effort at all into? This bloke deserves a better song than the shite we chant currently! As does Joe Hart, Micah Richards, Pablo Zabaleta, Jolean Lescott, Nigel de Jong, Garteth Barry, James Milner, David Silva... all either have shit efforts or none at all. The only good song we've had for Tevez is the derogatory Herman Munster head one, the others were shit obsessive songs about the Rags rather than pro Tevez ones.

I don't know how - Internet forums clearly do not work - but we need a way to get decent song/chant makers to get their made up songs/chants out to the masses so people can get them learnt and sung at matches. The one way that did work a few years back were the Ducks CD's. But we've had none formages from any groups.

I agree mate.
The Dzeko one is quality and I think the Agureo song will be quality.
There will always be the obsession bit, it goes both ways as well, but we should celebrate our players more.
Komps is going to be a City legend and because the song is pretty lame it would have more impact if the whole stadium stood up to sing it.
Everything starts somewhere. First heard the Ballo song at Blackburn away last season and thought it was crap to be honest, but it has taken off.
