You haven't carried over the sub division. It's a simple mistake, much like your good self, and one that most people make. Not me though, oh no.

How do people fine their Broadband?

We've just had their full fibre installed in our street (direct to house or something?) The salesmen are doing the rounds with their "new area offers"

Been offered 250meg broadband with an 02 sim-card (unlimited calls & txt 10gb data) for £25pm - I have no need for the SIM but the package has to come with it otherwise it's more expensive.

The best any standard broadband provider can offer in my area is 50mb. I was wanting to hold out for 3's 5g to be installed but they can't give me a date!

Cant comment personally but on our local neighborhood facebook page there is at least one person a day moaning about Virgin broadband being down

Mine was around the same. It was due to go up like yours and I managed to get them down to £54 to stay on the same package for the next 18 months.

To be fair, I think I caught them at the right time. I used the online chat, and those guys finish at 8pm. I logged on around 7pm and the guy on the chat clearly wanted to seal the deal before he logged off and get me signed up for another 18 months.

Thought I had done well til I read this. My deal has 2 discounts, 1 for 18 months 1 for 9 months. So next time will try the chat at 7ish
