Eccles of course! Just Eccles!!
Just a thought: Do you think we should recall Vlad from his loan spell at Bolton. It is obvious that Coyle is never going to play him for a full match and he (Coyle) seems to be, in my opinion, showing no respect to a good little player. If this continues Vlad's confidence could be shot.

Bring back Vlad now, let him have a run out with our first team.

Surely can't be any more ineffective than SWP at the moment? We could give him a run if we have any games sewn up (but how often do we have games sewn up, not our style!).

ie, City 3-0 Burnley (yeah right), 65 minutes played. Johnson off, SWP on. Bellamy off, Weiss on.

to be fair, if he aint getting a run out with a team fighting off relegation, then hows he going to get a run out in a team fighting for champs league.
Not really. We have the freedom to experiment on the wings. They dont.

I find this attitude quite arrogant. If anything, it's us showing disrespect to Bolton, Coyle, and Lee Chung Yong. Why the fuck should he play Weiss just because some City fans think he should? He'll pick his best team to help Bolton stay up and finish as high in the table as possible. Weiss isn't a part of it. So maybe, just maybe, he's not the wonderkid people seem to think.

Unless he is played for a significant amount of time how can he prove that he is or isn't a good player.. don't know what use he is to them on the bench.

errrrrrr because he went there to get game time.
It's therefore NOT arrogant of us to expect him to.
Your high horse, come down off it.

What high horse is he on?

He went there as he had more chance to break into thier team than ours, if hes not showing it in training, then he wont get picked on matchday. He didn't go there with a promise he would play regularly or be there main player.

Its arrogant for people on here to expect him to be played simply because he's our player on loan...

I think you'll find he did or he wouldn't have gone in the 1st place. He'd have had loads of offers. He'd have been better off playing Championship football than sitting on the bench. the player has said much the same thing

I'm not on a high horse at all. Bolton were in dire relegation trouble at the time he went there, Coyle is going to pick the best team possible to keep them up. Weiss would get his game time if he's good enough.

If the club let him go there without having assurances that he would get plenty of game time then it is a big fuck up on our part. If they were given those assurances and now Coyle has decided not to play him then we shouldn't be helping Bolton out with loans in the future.

If he's not going to get game time there we should (if we can) take him back.

It's not being disrespectful to Bolton, but he's not getting anything out of sitting on their bench.

Absolute speculation on your part... we as a club and the player himself choose where he'd go on loan, i dont think anyone is guarenteed first team football anymore. They'd put clauses into his contract about how much time he gets on the pitch if that was the case... i don't think we have anything leg to stand and complain on.

Either way, if he's not good enough, he and we have no right to demand he plays. The team comes before any player.

The arrogance is some of our fans thinking Bolton should compromise thier team to fit our player in, no matter what.
