City have said they have no intention of banning those annoying horns, so, a mate of mine has got a petition going: if you also don't want to hear the damn things at City next season just register your name and if you have one your City card number or patron number on the following e-mail address - vuvuzelabaneastlands@yahoo.co.uk

the club have looked into banning them and have said that they will not catch on at coms so they dont see the point in banning them.
