They've released all the transcripts of messages between Vardy and her agent and...this is going to go down in history as the dumbest trial in history. I fully understand why the judge told her to drop it last year.

If you want to read it they're in this twitter thread...read it while having lunch and it's hilarious how bad it is for her.

If you don't want to lose the braincells it's basically the two of them repeatedly discussing how they leak stuff to the Sun, trying to get paid, laughing about how Rooney thought someon was leaking stories and it was them. She also calls Colleen a **** probably 20+ times as well as insulting hald the England squad's WAGs.

Remember - Vardy is the one suing Rooney for defamation...she brought this to court.

Also it's pretty crazy that the agent is being excused from giving testimony because of mental health reasons, after she threw her and Vardy's phones into the sea to stop anyone getting hold of them...but perhaps Rooney's side just know they've got such a slam dunk they don't need her verbal testimony.

That is mad. Ignoring all the rest of it where she builds up how it's most likely her, didn't she tell her agent to 'leak the Maldives' about Rooney being pregnant? Doesn't that just confirm it?

It is the most ridiculous legal case involving two relatively high profile people.

The fact the legal action is been driven by a woman who has had to hand over troves of information that incriminate her while paying hundreds of thousands to Solicitors an barristers adds a new layer of stupidity to it. Her own accomplice has claimed the phones jumped off a speedboat and is too mentally unwell to attend. Any half decent Solicitors would have begged her not to go ahead. The barristers even sound embarrassed.
