Do you think that England played like amateurs because of their characters? Barring one or two they are a fairly shocking collection of individuals with questionable morals and an obvious lack of a sense of duty or responsibility. I find it hard to imagine John Terry or Gerrard being the type of lad who would be popular in any walk of life. I wonder then if thats why they dont play well because they dont give one about each other?

fortunately most of them will be to old for the next world cup,unfortnately rooney will be on 28 so we will have to endure another sky wanking party over him

I dont want to tar them all with the same brush, but as a group, I didnt feel comfortable with England winning the World Cup and this bunch being immortalised, as someone (Cheesy?) has already pointed out on an earlier thread today.

Light bulb blows? Ring the Player Liaison Officer at the club, who'll send someone round to get it sorted.
Venue and entertainer for the kids birthday party? No problem Mr Terry, we'll sort it out for you.
Taxi to pick you up and take you back home? Sorted, Mr Lampard.
Nowhere to park your car in town? Just leave it on a double yellow or disabled space. Bargain at £35.
New contract? Never mind that you can't control, pass or head a ball, have another £20k a week.
Played shit for England for the last 3 years? Doesn't matter because you sell loads of shirts and that's all that really matters. Wouldn't surprise me if players like Rooney, Lampard & Terry have contracts with the FA that specify that they have to play if they're fit and available.
