Yup, find the entrance hole (as peverse as that sounds).

Get some Jam, spread it all over the place, watch them come out and feast on them, then kapooow, blow torch the shit out of them.

Try the local environmental health dept. They should have a pest control officer who can deal with it, don't think they charge.

Yeah I had the same problem,rang my landlord who sent someone round.They just spray the outside wall with some kind of waterbased product,it only takes five minutes and problem sorted.
