i am the only person who thinks we need bellamy.we need a thug someone who is gonna get stuck in wind up the opposition.i hate wayne rooney but the way he plays for 90 mins with his attitude for the club is what we need in a player,and bellamy is the answer.we have too many elanos in the squad who are too nice. i think he is just what we need

i want him dont care about his attitude but he scores goals and he will get on with sparky there both welsh.

I understand your point; but i'm not sure we need somone to wind up the opposition; more someone who isn't afriad of getting stuck in and is pure commitment. We have that in Zabaleta, Kompany, and hopefully Nigel De Jong. Shauny Wright will also get in and amoungst the action, as will Richards when he is playing well. I am just not sure where Bellamy would play and who he would dislodge. He is not big enough to lead the line, and if h did end up coming and playing there, i would be annoyed as i think Sturridge has so much more to offer. Maybe a left winger whist petrov is out and put Robinho in the middle..but this is only if Kaka doesn't come. I just don't know where he would play.
I am inclined to agree with him here. I think amongst our "footballing" players we need someone who will ruffle the feathers of the opposition and like rooney give 100%, run all day long and unsettle defences. His "annoyance" factor could lead to more space for the likes of rob, swp, elano, superman (and kaka hopefully) to work their magic.

his goal scoring record aint that good......yes it looks favourable next to our inept strikers over the last few years but it is decidedly average overall.
he has stated he wants to go to spurs,.......then city.........why? he is a greedy little piece of s**t thats why!
his past behaviour makes joey barton look like a saint!!!!!
how long before he kicks off with someone on the team and competely spoils the team moral???
