Web Design

Has anyone used any software such as this to design their own website? I want to do a basic two/three page site but don't want to spend a fortune or spend ages learning java. I have web hosting allowed in my broadband product so don't need that (I don't think - just off to check what I actually get).

Dreamweaver is the best program for making website imo
