Captaining England for the first time, a proud moment for him and our club. When was the last or has there even been a Manchester City player that has been captain of England?

I'm happy for Barry and for me I always think he's a steady 7-10 perfomer for City and England and gets a rough time by our fans and England fans unjustly.

I bet tomorrow morning though, regardless of how he plays the media will slate him.

I think Colin Bell captained England once, possibly against Brazil.

England have yet to lose a full international match to an African opponent...
