...So I wake up as the call of nature has given me a nudge and I stagger to the toilet(why do I stay up watching UFC fights?!!) to answer it. As I'm sat there I think let me just relax a moment, resting my head on my hand, I'm thinking about the fight and then wife knocks on the door.

"Scott, are you alright?"

"Yeah, why?"

"You've been gone 50 minutes..."

"Fooking hell!!" I said

She couldn't stop laughing as she thought I'd gone back on the computer and left me to it! Imagine if I'd have died!! Bloody woman never checked on me soon enough!

But, as dumps go, I was quite relaxed! Maybe I should do more sleepy ones in future! However, one has to be wary of over sleep dumping in case one gets the 'drying effect'!

I can imagine that to be quite painful afterwards...

Haha, you know you'll still stay up for the next UFC anyway. I crawled out of bed about 12, after setting my alarm for 10 and then subsenquently turning it off..
