Best one was early 70s on the special pulling out of Stoke, emergency cord pulled stopped over bridge Stoke fans throwing stuff up and all the light bulbs and fire extinguishers disappearing from the train, then people jumping out of train and having a battle, unbelievable.
I can remember being on a service train back from Derby in that era when a toilet was thrown out of one of the doors between stations. Can we go back to the 70’s/80’s unscrew the light bulbs and throw them at villa fans on the platform as we pass:)
I use the Chiltern line usually from Banbury, this final though we seem to have to change at Beaconsfield.
Bear in mind Villa fans will probably outnumber us on this line as they will use it as well
Make life easierThe amended Chiltern timetable hasn't been published yet, but they generally call everything at Wembley Stadium on match days.

I did that last year. Drove down to Gerrards Cross & got the train in from there. Straight into Wembley Stadium station in 15 minutes. This time I'm staying down that neck of the woods on Saturday/Sunday nights and will do the same again. The amended Chiltern timetable hasn't been published yet, but they generally call everything at Wembley Stadium on match days.
