We lose a lot of energy in the middle but happy enough with the team.
C'mon City

I agree with that. Without Bernardo, Foden, Sterling and Jesus, it's not really a team built for pressing. Should hopefully still be plenty good enough to win today though.

Don’t give them too many set piece opportunities, we’re a bit lacking in height without Rodri and Cancelo

It's a very conventional team, something more akin to a couple of years ago?

Lacks a little outright pace and legs around them, but quality on the ball will still be the key.

Perhaps not the 'off-the-cuff' positioning interchanging to come, so will have to be more patient.

You have summarised it perfectly for me. It’s a fantastic side but almost like a side most other managers would pick week in week out if they were blessed with our options.

We can’t grumble though haha.

Like some others bit concerned about the amount of changes. Foden and Bernardo bring a lot of energy and Sergio may be a bit rusty. But trust in Pep. Players are not machines and need to be rested. Big games for Torres. He’s young and new to the League but so far only seen glimpses.

Maddest bench ever.

Be interesting to see if we change to accommodate Sergio or if he'll have to change to accommodate how we've been playing.
Don’t forget mate, he adapted his game when Pep first arrived.

But he’s so good that his quality would enhance how we’ve been playing.

Despite this great run we’ve been on, I still feel like we’ve been in about third gear in the final third. Something’s been missing. As the season comes to crunch time, Kun could be the one who moves us through the top gears.
