Doubt it. Football First never shows any goals from any ESPN saturday evening games. Not sure why; if it's to do with rights, how come MOTD can show it?

This is starting to piss me right off. At least when it was just Sky you paid for it and you got all the televised games. If your team wasn't a televised one you watched the extended highlights on football first and the abridged highlights on MOTD. Where's tonight's game? I can't find it anywhere. The BBC used to have a sports program (Inside Sport) on a Monday night which showed the monday night highlights but it's not on today. Next you know there'll be a third company with some of the Prem games live and you'll be forced to pay for Sky, ESPN and the new one. When will it end? All games televised and each one on a different channel? £100 per month subs just to see the footy?

we would moan if it was a monopoly and sky upped their costs to £25 a game, wouldnt we...its a free market...the more the better imho mate....it will ultimately drive the costs down

That would be great but in the meantime I have to either pay an extra £9 per month or not see any of the Monday night games. I'd love ESPN because I also like the UFC (which used to be free on Bravo) but I seriously can't afford the extra each month. Will it drive the cost down? Footy isn't the only thing on Sky and I doubt they'd drop their costs much. I think things were way better when it was just Sky and I'm happy with a monopoly regulated by ofcom or whoever. Maybe it's just me.

You can thank the EU for the change. Just like instead of ringing 192 to ask for someone's telephone number for free, you ring 0891 21 21 21 21 21 21 21 21 21 21 21 25, and get charged. It's bollocks!!
