it's a well known fact that west ham away is going to be an expensively priced game, but also a very crucial game.
now city haven't released details of prices or number of tickets allocated , but there is a danger we will take a reduced allocation which i think would be a mistake regardless of price.
just an idea, for games like this one wouldnt it be an idea if city invited applications from all supporters in advance of the game going on sale, it would enable the club to decide what sized allocation to take.
literally anyone and everyone could initially apply, and still have the loyalty points criteria in place, so if demand outweighed supply loyalty is still rewarded, but the maximum amount of city fans get the chance to attend.
i think this system would encourage more people to apply for tickets, and increase our dwindling away support, because it would give more people belief they could go to aways.
