You'll be extra motivated though after the Liverpool game. Could go either way imo.we really are poor at the moment.
aside Kudus and Bowen it's a very patchy average team and squad.
Injuries not helping.
our central midfield is so slow.
4-1 City.

Think we'll win, but based on your comment, and what I've seen of us, it could be 4-4 with the ball barely in the middle of the pitch lol
I went for the first time in 5 yrs to a game at the Etihad......our fans were silent -never heard such a poor atmosphere at a gameIf the Etihad had the same atmosphere our away fans create we would of won a few more games during this run
Sorry you were disappointed after your 5 Yr hiatus.I went for the first time in 5 yrs to a game at the Etihad......our fans were silent -never heard such a poor atmosphere at a game
Not disappointed - at least we didnt lose. But seriously what has happened to the atmosphere? Where is the backing for the team?Sorry you were disappointed after your 5 Yr hiatus.

Also very possible lolOr 0-0 with it stuck turgidly in the middle for most of the game. Like watching over 60s play 5 a side.
I get what your saying and none of its wrong but isnt it the fans job to raise the team at times like this? I noticed that there was just a lot of middle aged people (and Im of that age) sat around doing nothing. Not even what I would call the "singing section" next to the away fans were loud....There hasn't been a lot to shout about recently. It's a circular process. The crowd get the team up. But the team have to get the crowd up. If after twenty-five minutes we are constantly getting turned over in midfield, putting stray passes all over the place (and even directly into touch — that's happened recently), or otherwise passing the ball from side to side in in five-yard sterile movement that goes nowhere, while we get into a total panic any time the opposition have a break on, i.e. just about every time one of our corners breaks down, it's not to be expected that the crowd will be too thrilled.
I fully expect that the atmosphere will be buzzing, initially, against West Ham. Better than it's been for quite some time. Then whether that's maintained will be at least partly on the team.
What, 2 games without defeat ?Unbeaten run to continue ... ;-)
