Please can this be kept as a separate thread?

Anyhow, I’ve seen the list somewhere of the various boozers we are allocated, but most of them mean fuck all to me as the only one I’ve been to is The Green Man.

Just wondering if there was a bit of knowledge from people who take more notice of this stuff as to the variety we have available - which ones are any good for food? Which ones will be more relaxed for watching the scum game? Etc etc.

The list your referring to I believe:
  • Moore Spice, Wembley Retail Park, Unit 2, Engineers Way, HA9 0EH
  • The Green Man, Dagmar Avenue, Wembley, HA9 8DF
  • Blue Room, 53 Wembley Hill Road, Wembley, HA9 8BE
  • Liquor Station, 379 High Road, Wembley, HA9 6AA
  • JJ Moons, 397 High Road, Wembley, HA9 7DT
  • Thirsty Eddie’s, 412 High Road, Wembley, HA9 6AH
  • Masti, 576 - 582 High Road, Wembley, HA0 2AA
  • Flannery’s Bar, 610 High Road, Wembley, HA0 2AF
  • Station 31 (Speakeasy) , 299 -303 Harrow Road, Wembley, HA9 6BD
  • The Corner House (Mannions), 313 Harrow Road, Wembley, HA9 6BA
  • The Arch, 324 Harrow Road, Wembley, HA9 8LL Formerly known as the Greyhound for those who only paid attention when it was a novelty :-)
  • Fusilier, 652 Harrow Road, Wembley, HA0 2HA
  • The Copper Jug, 10 The Broadway, Wembley, HA9 8JU
  • Holiday Inn, Empire Way, HA9 8DS
  • St George Hotel, 43 -51 Wembley Hill Road, HA9 8AU
  • Ibis Hotel, South Way, Wembley, HA9 8AD
  • Best Western Hotel, 365 Wembley High Road, HA9 6AY
  • Events Pad – Fan Zone, Wembley Park Boulevard
I’ve only been in Green Man and the Arch from the list that I recall, which I know wasn't what was asked for by the OP, but it might help those with slightly hazy rather than fully dulled memories of our Wembley experiences think "yep been there it was alright" type thing.

The Arch for me and my gang until half time then into the ground ( stewards being efficient one hopes) and watch second half inside ready for the game.

The Arch is fine, or was. Green man is mad usually and not sure if they will have the game on.

The arch for me is the best there. Last time we had the west side against Arsenal in the semi finals of the FA cup and it was the old firm derby. They had it on a massive screen. So will be good to watch the rags. They also had a dj playing in the court yard. Great for a pre match beer and a good atmosphere.

No Greyhound! :( Thats my favourite. Only because I can get a load of cans from the offy facing and drink them outside it.

Yeah, after something similar myself. Somewhere hopefully not too rammed where I can watch a bit of United v Liverpool and maybe grab a bite to eat with my lad.

Greyhound is called something else but can't recall, was there the day before last year . Have we got that side ? All I hear is green man but never ever been there as it gets full

You'll want the Arch then if you'll not planning on going in, its been the arch for a good few years :-)

Hate to rub it in, mate, but we booked a restaurant weeks and weeks ago to ensure we didn't have that problem!

They are showing the Liverpool game on the Wembley concourse so you could get in there, freeze your nuts off and enjoy your £10 burgers and £6 pints of piss whilst constantly being barged by pissed up lads jumping around singing songs. ;-)

JJ Moons is big, has a big screen and does what you need although it does get busy. Get in there early and grab a table and you're laughing.
