[The Silver Surfer]

Saw the first episode of the new show thought it was really good.
A lot of people saying so but also that it could go one way or another.

Looking at the promo for episode 2 I know which way I think its going to go.

I tried to watch it but it didn't grab my attention so it's a no from me.

I'll probably go back and watch it if I hear people rave about it

Loved every second, can't wait for the next episode, so much more deeper than the film, thought the guy on the train at the start was going to be the Human hero

I watched the film for the first time again since I was a teenager the day before the tv show came out just to see what would be different between the two and obviously the show is FAR deeper philosophically than just the story of a robot malfunctioning and killing everyone (in the film, the Man in Black is an android - so its a good spin to have him as a human guest this time round).

In the show they mention that the last critical failure was 30 years ago - this to me points to the original film being canon.
