Shame that they’re not playing Denmark in the final….but surely England have their hands on the trophy.

They've just put one on the main twitter. They always say the womens one is for matchday things only and general news goes on the main to give it more reach.

Ah right OK that makes sense. Only noticed as my daughter asked about going to one of their matches next season, I knew the fixtures had come out but had a look on the website for tickets and they aren't on sale yet so thought I'd check the twitter feed for any info and saw it was mid May when they last did anything

The 4-0 flattered England but overall we were the better side. Still can't defend set pieces or stop crosses coming in. Think Popp (if it's Germany) or Renard (if it's France) will be licking their lips over a flapping Earps. Despite being defensively weak we do create havoc going forward. Hemp's best game of the tournament today and showed what she can do if given the ball early enough. Although White still isn't taking her (half) chances she's still working her socks off and tiring out the defenders with her constant running of the channels to open space for others. This is providing the opportunity for Russo to come on in the 2nd half and to dominate a tiring back line (a point Alex Scott made well in the post-match analysis).

Gonna be a tough game whoever we play but gotta be in it to win it and England's still in it. C'mon the Lionesses!

In the men's game DESPITE our manager. Middlesbrough should have been his high water.

Nope, Southgates played a massive part in Englands achievements - let’s not forget according to most our players are ‘full of rags and all sh*t’ … that aside, tactically he may not be the best - but he has bought in youth and moulded them and bought in much cohesion and unity.
It will be his last tournament and however we do - he will be remembered as a very good manager for England
