WFAC QF - Aston Villa (H) - KO 12:30 - BBC1

Team news to follow.
It’s a good ‘un! All depends how sweaty is Gareth's ‘dead hand’ instructions. Villa are where they are in the league for the obvious reasons. If this isn’t a home banker of home bankers I don’t know what is. This should be a resounding win and here’s to every City chance and half chance goin’ in! On the other hand, if we get a repetition of the infamous Brighton game not only will the wheels be off but the bloody back doors will have been blown off. No fucking back passes from the halfway line!

It’s a glorious day and the pitch looks better than perfect! Just play like yer did Barca 1st leg!!

So, we’re playing both strikers today, having dropped them for an away game.

Why not play one in one game and the other in this?

Perhaps Gareth Taylor isn’t the footballing genius that I thought he was after all.

We have eleven internationals starting this afternoon, albeit Gracie is at U19 level, but nine of ‘em play for top line national teams. I’d like Gareth to mention in his presser what the advantage is of playing a pretty slow game that puts the opposition under little pressure?
