Here's the Wikipedia page for the Şükrü Saracoğlu Stadium in Fenerbahce. There are a load of pictures at the bottom of both the inside and outside of the stadium. And from those it does seem that the stands are steeper than usual (although not as bad as the stretched picture in the OPs post!)
