I like the two earlier albums a lot ,but didn't buy them until after 'Dare'
Travelouge and Reproduction don't have the clean professional commercial production of Martin Rushent,but are special in their own way..imo

Iv e got quite a few of League rarities in my collection ,Inc The Men I don't depend on you 12" which is a poor release tbh.

The Holiday 80 double pack with 'Marianne' etc and a Japanese import 12" of the same with large pic label and the usual lyric banner sleeve are the pick of the bunch.

I met Phil and the two girls at a venue in Rotherham a few years back,heaven 17 were playing and Richard Kirk of Cabaret Voltaire was dj..quite a night.

It's like yesterday, innit? Well...not YESTERDAY..haha.....but 40 years ago? They should have had a 40th anniversary. The album doesn't get as much credit as it deserves.
