I was thinking that but then I wasnt sure if they were using parts of some of the crests like Wolves or Spurs

The spurs one faces the wrong way, i will agree about the wolves one though.

The Wolves one is slightly different, though with the actual badge just being a wolf, it's easy to copy without infringing copyright.
