What do we do when Kompany and Lescott are out?

If that happened then we have Kolo Toure and Savic to come along with possibly playing Micah Richards there (Zab slots in perfectly at right back) or even Champions League final centre half - Yaya Toure!

We have no issues with cover at centre half.

We should of signed another C/B.
Mancini may regret this.

Mancini clearly feels comfortable with the cover at centre half, otherwise he wouldn't have let Dedryck join Bolton - unless he has plans in the last few days of the transfer window.

I think he'll be looking at maybe sneaking a winger into the squad as without Adam Johnson, we don't have one. That would be my priority.
 
Kolo and Savic. Mics can play there if need be and we have youngsters like Wabara if we get desperate. Not forgetting that Yaya can play there too. We'll be fine.
 
Barcelona have Puyol and Pique AND THAT'S IT!

We have Kompany Lescott Savic Kolo and if we must Richards Zabaleta or Yaya Toure (played there in a Champions League final!) and even Kolarov if we're completely desperate. Fuck me if Masccherano can do a job there, so could de Jong (he beat Fallaini to a fee headers last season!)!
 
Mascherano plays centre back for Barca.

City have Richards, Kolo and Savic who can cover.

If we bought a centre-back like Coates or Cahill we'd generate another Adebayor, or Bellamy.....a player with no prospects of playing.
 
As explained in numerous posts already, this area is probably the least of our worries. Like many; I would like to see one more midfielder fetched in this Window.
 
We let Boyata go ffs that means we have plenty of CBs, we can't have 100s of players in our squad there is only so much room!
 
Richards, Savic, Kolo & Yaya Toure can all play centre.

So I wouldn't worry.
