Metro 2033 or Just Cause 2.

I love FPS but a bit tired after MW2, can't beat killing mutants in a post apocalyptic Russia though.

Just Cause looks amazingly fun! Freedom, graphics, destruction, physics. etc.

Just Cause 2 is immensely fun, bought it when it first came out and played it like non stop for a week. Had to lock it away with the Xbox then though because it was raping my study plans.
