Liverpool have some stability, the squad they've got have been together for longer than 12 months now (when was the last time we could say the same) and man for man their squad, or rather first 11 or so, is very very strong technically speaking. Add to that the two superstars/divers and they've quite a team.
Oh and they also have a culture of demanding (but not getting but thats another story) success.

Yea they have about 4 really good players but only 2 I'd really want and thats Gerrard and Torres.
Look on our team though. Personally I think once some have a few seasons under their belt maybe a few more very very solid signings not many but a few and with the youth from the academy we will be set big time. Once our team has a few seasons under them they will be as thick as theives. Keep bring in a few youth players and we will have superb talent and a huge foundation. Not to mention the occasionaly signing we could bring in with the money we have.
