Shown as attacking positions, with Dave and Tevez basically becoming very central, very free, from defensive positions that take them to the right and left flanks respectively. Bob doesn't play Tevez this way and presumably the player politics might interfere with the request, but it could work as he can press and tackle a billion times better than Nasri and offers as much/ more going forward.

The width provided by the fullbacks, as the definition between this and the interchanging Zab/ Kolarov pairing for 'best' doesn't seem the same night and day contrast that it was last season, on current form.
