What is your favourite QUAD?

The charity shield, the enigm that it is, a major trophy if won, a giant 20p given in a unimportant pre seasson friendly if lost, which many blues have said, so personally though we won it I don't include it in quad, trebble or double talk

We won the domestic trebble, something no other **** has.

when our new revamped squad win the real quadruple next season we can still laugh at all others ;-)

I've still never seem that 2018 CS 2-0 victory v Chavs! It was my offsprings 30th so we were out.

I do recall Kun scored.

The 2018/ 19 is my favourite because we were pushed all the way by Dips for the PL - they got an inordinate amount of reffing and opposition goaly throwing into own net help. We had none and still beat them. The tension in those last 4 months was unnearable but so worth it in the end.

What a season - Charity Shield, Carabao ( Raz Top Bins winning penalty) , VK screamer V Leicester, 4-1 win v Brighton after going a goal down - a foretaste of nowadays- difference then being we could always pull it back, and then a superb 6-0 FA Cup final win.

Some season that.....and never likely to be done again by any team.

What do you mean, it's obviously never been achieved as I've not seen anything about it in the media.

I know mate, probably just the ramblings of a deluded old woman.

I said the other week in another thread that all of our achievements are non existent as far as the meedya are concerned.

2018-19 City was the greatest football team ever in this country.

If Kun had just stayed onside and we’d managed to get through against Spurs, I reckon we’d have won the lot that season: Community Shield, EFL Cup, Premier League, FA Cup, Champions League.

We were that good!

I have deliberately avoided mentioning that CL debacle. That was so hard to take after the travesty - and coach mauling we had faced at Dippers the previous season.

If only Kun hadn't missed that penalty in the first leg at the cheese grater stadium.

3 bad things that season - 1) Spuds handball cheating that same game, 2) Dips coming back from 0-3 to beat Barca 4-0, and 3) Dips being gifted CL by virtue of a pk v Spuds in 2nd minute and then winning the CL - which naturally in the minds of the media far exceeded our domestic quad.

I still get footy trauma at those last 3 incidents!
