Change the offside rule from defender's front foot and attacker's back foot to defender's back foot and attacker's front foot. This would give the attacking side the benefit of the doubt (which is the what refs are told to do) rather than the defending side. Also to allow a few bad decisions as that will make it more realistic. However with the last point I think that if they did introduce it, they would go over the top with it and have about 5 bad decisions per game.
