this is summer of 1999 - sat on a deckchair outside a static caravan in the sun in Christchurch watching my 4 and 6 year olds dancing along - I wonder where those years have gone now - don't let anyone tell you nostalgia is overrated

Summer 1994….I’d just finished A Levels and had first lads holiday to Magaluf….as we took off from Belfast my mate stuck this on the “ghetto blaster” he’d took on as hand luggage…




We played this album on repeat for 2 weeks …the album title was very apt

Still got this on vinyl from the 70s, had it played at my Pops funeral only las year along with one by John Holt too.

From knee high till now, Love's Theme will always give me a summer vibe.
