It' just his way to deal with the nerves, he was often accused of copying Lobanovsky with such "rocking".Is he the strange character that rocks himself whilst watching the match... looks like a nervous wreck?
Leonid is a very talented coach, I remember his first season with FC Moscow (this club doesn't even exist now) more that 10 years ago, immediately showed his quality. He finished playing very early and started coaching at 20 yo, has enormous coaching experience on different levels. And he's very, very clever and educated guy, not the type of intelligence that you expect from a football man. Also, has a good sense of humour and already told the press that he knows how funny his surname sounds in English.
Could collect a fat paycheque every year working in Russia and playing in the CL, but he's too ambitious for it, wants to prove himself on a bigger stage.
I wouldn't be surprised at all to see him coaching Chelsea in a few years.
