What time do you get up Xmas Day.......

I go to ex's for christmas. I'm pah humbug usually, but you can't beat the excitement and joy on the lads face as he opens the pressies. I usually get told off for playing with HIS stuff. So in answer to your question. Aye i get up when he gets up. Can't wait until he's old enough to get pissed, then he might get up a bit later.
 
our 2 boys used to have us up at about 5 am when they were small

mind you its summer here so it was sunny and warm and the parrots were on the wing

now its about 7 ish (the boys about 10 ish)
 
I'm usually the first up at about 5-5:30 after having about 3 hours sleep lol

My trick is to then wake up my little brother (he's 6) and get him to get the parents up ;) And to make sure they get up, i'll wake my younger sister up aswell.

I don't really know why but I'm getting more excited about crimbo, the older i get, it's strange.

Ah, I remember doing that when i was a nipper. Wait till you go out drinking, (if you don't already), on xmas eve and wake up with a head like JFK. Xmas becomes dull at that point.
 
lol, i remember posting on here a couple of years ago when asked the same thing, when my lad was small (he's 31 now)he had us up with shrieks of "he's been he's been" at ten to one in the morning, we'd got to bed at half 12, its funny now but i was not a happy bunny back then:)

lol! It's great seeing my brother's face when he opens the living door to see a mountain of prezzies though. This'll probably be his last christmas before he gets told 'the secret' of father crimbo
 
When I was around 11 it was around 7 haha

These days, no matter how late I go the night before it always seems to be a 9am wakeup, mainly so we can all get quick nibble to warmup for Xmas dinner
 
if ive not been on the beer, then i get up about 6ish to have a good squeeze of my presents.
