The stadium already has a memorial garden where we can remeber Foe and any other ex blues. I personaly would like any structure or statue to represent the club at COMS not the past, so Dickov on his knees would be better in the grounds of the new developments at Maine Road, Mercer is already on Mercer Way and players like Bell, Summerbee etc should be in or around the new museam. So to replace the B of the Bang I would prefer the idea of the arch welcoming visitors to the stadium or some clever form of interactive artwork advertising the next game, kit etc and the charity being collected for with that weeks buckets

The B of the Bang was not City's statue, it was MCC's! So we dont really have a say what they put there in terms of a statue of Joe Mercer (the club already asked for this when we moved to the ground and the MCC said no, thats why we've got that lame mosaic pic of him near the City Store - great memorial to ur most successful manager, i think not!) so i can either see something shit going up there thats got nowt to do with City or nothing there at all!
