It details what happened that day, with stats, order of battle, tactics, diagrams and individual descriptions of air battles and eye witnesses on the ground, which effectively was a turning point, as the Luftwaffe - just as they were about to bring the RAF to it's knees (lack of 'alive' trained pilots and serviceable planes) , suffered enough losses for them to switch from attacking airfields to bombing the general population.
Battle of Britain is celebrated on 15th Sept, but it's 18th August when the battle changed (and becuase of the change of targetting, we won).
