What was your game of the season?

Not just the game whether we won or lost, or played great or shite but the experience of the day. Funny moments home and away, great goals etc?

Mine has to be Schalke. Best experience of my life going out there for my first European away game. Obviously the game was brilliant and a great night.

The Schalke fans also and my experience getting into a taxi with three Schalke fans to the game and them all singing depeche mode in the back. So funny!

Had a great laugh with the Schalke fans and the City support was brilliant and we had a great couple of nights in Germany.

Beating Arsenal, Smashing Pompei and Hamburg at home have to be top ten contenders.

I have 3 and for 3 different reasons

Portsmouth - home- simple, 6-0 and some of the best football we have seen for some time (albeit against a very poor side that day)

Hamburg - home - 11 players playing with their hearts and passion for the club and us, the supporters. The atmosphere was the best in COMS full stop, beating any derby (even the 4-1 !!), we were so so close.....

Villa - home - an overall excellent performance against a side that we know we should be challenging against, another decent atmosphere and again we played some excellent football that night.

I dont think there will a huge number of differant contenders:

for those that went, Schalke away will be hard to better Id image. A superb experience, a fantstic ground AND a comfortable away win.

Bar that - Hamburg at home. The ground was rocking and we battered them.
Went home that night thoroughly happy, despite not progressing. Its just nice to feel we gave it our best shot, and were woodwork away from delivering what we needed to

Hamburg at home , without any shadow of a doubt ....... the best we managed to play all season ...... and in the best atmosphere too!

out of the games i went to i would say everton away...bearing in mind the only other notable games i went to were sunderland and west brom at home and blackburn away!
