While I could handle us not winning a trophy this season it's not exactly successful to be also rans.

I think either the PL trophy retained or another trophy and a serious title push are what would be classed as successful. However in the media anything less than domination of the title will be seen as failure.

Improvement in the Champions League and give it a go in trying to retain the Premier League title. If we win anymore silverwear and that will be a bonus.

Indeed. I'm only 28 and still celebrate 40 points.

Win the PL.

Good CL run, at least until the quarter-finals and lose (if we lose) only against some top club like Barca, Real maybe Bayern. (It would hurt more failing against any English clb or clubs like Benfica, Porto etc.)

I hope in the CL we get any easy run, starting with an easier group than last year.

If we dont win the league the CL performance is even more important.
