What you drinking tonight?

A few lighter ones today and tonight for a change.

Fair comment mate, thanks for the reply, and yep, I’ve watched a fair few (and read the comments) over the last couple of weeks since I bought it.

Looking at the video clips compared to mine, I thought it was angle I was holding the can, and so I’ve moved from holding it horizontal to now really tilting it upwards a lot, but still no difference. There just doesn’t seem to be any of the aerated paler coloured beer coming out at all (compared to the ones on the videos).

It doesn’t look rocket science tbf. I’ve been reluctant to take it back claiming it is a faulty device, as that seems a bit lame, but think I’ve reached the point where I’m gonna have to do that, and see if the same thing happens with a replacement device.

If it does, then it really must be me (and I’ll just have to spend a bit longer in the pub each week ;-)
Hmm sounds odd, but in answer to your original question, it doesn't really make a noise when it's on, but I'd definitely recommend charging it just to see whether that helps.

I can't think of any other reason other than it not being charged, as no matter how you pour it, it'd probably still give you a decent amount of life in the pour.

I poured a can without turning the device on, and it came out flat as fuck! So hopefully it just needs charging!

Cheers mate, yep, definitely gonna leave it overnight now- then maybe try one for brekkie ;-)

I had previously charged it till light was continuously on, but going to leave it even longer this time

Abbott ale as I am absolutely livid they have dropped the volume of speckled hen . It's not just about the .2% they have stolen .
They're all it mate and the lower ABV tax savings go staight into in their bin. Tanqueray took a full on 2% ABV hit and now down to 41.3% and Bishops Finger I feel sure used to be 5.6%.

And yet their prices still increased. Tanqueray can be bought on offer for £22 and it was £20. The normal price is at £28 a litre which we will not pay, so we bulk buy it as and when.

Too true. I was drinking a few tins of OSH the other week and put the lack of body down to a stinking cold. That's until I saw the newly adjusted Abv. of course.
Abbott is the last bastion now. Although GK IPA has dropped to 3.4 % now, so it's only a matter of time, I fear.

Same with Stella.

Aside from all the 'wife beating' quips, I've always enjoyed the taste - it even used to be advertised as "reasurringly expensive"

Was always 5.2% ABV but these days it's 4.6 and deffo tastes different to how it used to

Anyway, tonight it's an Argentinian Malbec, 14% and is going down nicely

May aswell buy mc'ewans champion and split one bottle with a pint of water . I think it's over 7% and the same price . The hen was my favourite at home beer as its not far from the draught in the pub . Had a few Gk Ipa in the pub yesterday and it was top draw . I would hazard a guess it's stronger on cask than the numbers they say . The flavour was really good .
