Sounds fantastic to me :).
I love Spain, so let me just go to Skyscanner immediately and look for a cheap flight to the Canary Islands before the season starts. It's never a bad shout ;).

Most of the tapas dishes have meat or fish in them. I’ve been eating vegetarian food for almost a year so the thought of going back repulses me.

And, yes, I grew up on a sheep farm in South Wales.
 
Had a couple of big bottles of Staropramen in Wetherspoons - very nice - now back home on Absolute and coke

Device seems to do nothing; when you switch it on is it supposed to make a noise, or vibrate or something?!

Might as well just stick with the surge cans I’ve been drinking for years at this rate.

Without sounding like a patronising twat, have you watched the YouTube videos?

I think it's pretty straightforward but does take a couple of pours to trial and error.

It's a good little gadget, but if I'm honest you just can't beat a proper draught pint.

Fair comment mate, thanks for the reply, and yep, I’ve watched a fair few (and read the comments) over the last couple of weeks since I bought it.

Looking at the video clips compared to mine, I thought it was angle I was holding the can, and so I’ve moved from holding it horizontal to now really tilting it upwards a lot, but still no difference. There just doesn’t seem to be any of the aerated paler coloured beer coming out at all (compared to the ones on the videos).

It doesn’t look rocket science tbf. I’ve been reluctant to take it back claiming it is a faulty device, as that seems a bit lame, but think I’ve reached the point where I’m gonna have to do that, and see if the same thing happens with a replacement device.

If it does, then it really must be me (and I’ll just have to spend a bit longer in the pub each week ;-)
 
Lidl have another load of Belgian beers in

Yesterday I had an Imperial Blonde 7.2% £3.2. Not bad

Today, another blonde, but only 6.2% £2.99 nicer than the above
 
I'll mostly be drinking a six-pack of Modelo Especial. I really like Sam Adam's remastered Boston Lager but for some reason it has been giving me headaches, so tonight I'm going with the Modelo.
