well said..for as much slating as ajay gets,even from some that look like newbies i think its water off a ducks back to him. hes right he has nothing to prove no challenge to answer.. and the option is there for people who dont want to read it, dont

Forgive me but can i raise the following points for consideration please?
If we have agreed deals for four players, the term contracts signed was used, then where is the logic in waiting to announce?
If they are players who are at the world cup, and they play so well that they make the team of the tournament or better! Then wont there be an outcry from the selling clubs fans when the fee is made public? And it will come out!
For example! we have signed Silva from Valencia, who goes on to score in every game including the winner in the final! Then we announce he has signed for 25m, and the Valencia fans and Spanish media set about their own club officials with venom? For further examples substitute Silva for Milner or Toure!

You couldn't substitute Silva for Toure at the world cup, one's a winger the other centre mid and they play for different countries!

hey ajay since you have already told about the 4 done deals , can you please clarify that any players we are currently pursuing like yaya , silva,milner,dzeko are a part of that 4 deals , which are still to be concluded.So are you saying that we have already signed 4 and are still after another 3 or 4?

Certain posters have alluded to deals been done and dusted, and there have been no leaks due to non-disclosure agreements.
Could someone - possibly the posters that alluded to the deals - explain to me why we didn't/wouldn't/haven't have/had these agreements in place for ALL our transfer dealings this summer. It was common knowledge that Boeteng was coming - he held a 'moving' party for his now ex-teammates which was widely reported, and Toure's agent has been banging on about him moving for ages (admittedly he's not signed for us yet). I personally don't think that City would have a scattergun approach to non-disclosure agreements, as a commercial operation they wouldn't pick and choose which transfer(s) was included in agrrements and which weren't -it wouldn't make any sense to do so.
