Both seem to contain about half a calorie per 150 ml, from what I can gather, so the difference is negligible.
Unlike uncut coke, which is far less gassy and calorie free, considerably more enjoyable, although sadly more expensive.

It pisses me off when I go out and ask for a diet coke, and they bring a coke as if I wouldn't notice the difference, one sip and my throat is blocked with a tonne of gloop you just don't get in diet coke.
