Wouldn't say The Ritz was seedy just full of pissed up slappers and the bouncing dancefloor is legendary!
At least it was well lit unlike Butterflies in Oldham which was grim,seedy and fucking horrible!

The last time I was in there was when we were playing Blackburn away the next day, the promotion game. I had been on a bit of a drought in the fanny stakes but that night I got lucky. There I was, a young 23 year old Pigeonho, copping off with a 56 year old nurse. Fair shout with the Conti, you had to be game to booze in there, which you are of course.
Blue Waterfall in Stockport was rough as fuck, descended the stairs in a headlock from one of the bouncers once, the rough carpet took the skin off my nose on the way down. The place had big nf connections at one time but to us it was just a late night with a less stringent dress code in place.
