WHATS WRONG WITH CAPITAL LETTERS?

Seriously, people get unbelievably angry, wound up and down right offensive because something is written in capitals. Apparantly its 'shouting'. How the hell can you shout on the internet? I dont use capitals but if i read somehting in capitals i never ever think like 'Why are you shouting you rude insensitive *@!***!@!!!!!' Its crazy.

If you want to write in cap letters then do so its not up to him to decide what you should do

It just looks shite. Also, if used as a topic title it can easily appear as though the poster is saying 'look at my thread, go on look at it, I need the attention'.
