When/why did you join Bluemoon?

Aug 30th 2008. My mate kept coming out with loads of ITK stuff that was correct, after I asked him about his source he wouldn't let on so a bit of investigation led me to here, it turned out to be URG who was providing the info. Ironically I tracked my mates username down within about 2 hours of being on here which considering he's only posted 700+ times since 2006 was pretty damn good I reckon.

Been lurking for years, but finally got sick of not being able to read the forums during heavy use (for instance the day or two after the title victory).

I signed up on 15th October 2010 after hearing both good things and bad things about Bluemoon. It had a reputation for being full of Wummers and your typical Manc Scally who rites like dis. In reality, it's nothing like that.
.

BM isnt particularly liked by other City forums for one reason and one reason only. We are everything they want to be.

Yes we have nutters, our wummers, our rags, our scallys, but we also have some brilliant posters whose football knowledge is exceptional and although im biased i think the Cellar is the best place on the internet just because of its sheer lunacy at times but its wonderful compassion at others.

I think im member number 400 or something and now there is well over 50,000 and im proud of that. I was one of the first Mods appointed by Ric and i like to think the standards we set through Ric's guidance has helped us become an absolutly amazing place for Blues and for others too.

The other thing about BM is the amount of people i have met through this site and the good friends i have garnered over the years. The first BM meet i attended there was around a dozen of us, last year in the Waldorf for Sue and Sams memorial we took over the whole top floor.

You all should be very proud of here, its you thats made it the very best City forum and i hope it continues for many a year.

Joined because I was bored late at night, guess I'd cracked one off already.

Your right about that Rascal, the 2nd most popular City forum has only the fraction of the membership we have here, and we continue to grow, many reasons for that, it's easy on the eyes, it's very fast moving, we have some brilliant and knowledgeable posters

I know I may be a bit bias but I happen to think this is the best football forum going

Woke up one day and switched Sky on hoping desperately that we hadn't sold Charlie to Spurs, you know the rest. I changed username to Ifiwasarichfan a bit later.

A very big part of my life now. Thanks everybody and congratulations Colin.
