The Glazers have taken out another £11m in dividends, so my question is, when will HRH want to start taking cash out?
He bought City and invested into it, as he has the CFG group, but he hasn't actually taken any cash yet

I think the best answer is NOT IN MY LIFETIME. He is looking to build a global entertainment group which will need investment for the foreseeable future. Only then will he take cash out. He doesn’t exactly need it!
PS EDIT CFG recently arranged a line of credit for £500m, stated to be for physical infrastructure and IT Systems. Looks like investment going full steam ahead.

Stakes of CFG have already been sold off at significant amounts. The value is in the asset. I very much doubt there is any intention to go down the cash machine route if that is what you are implying.
