sent to me from heaven, manchester city you are my
i was always in the new kippax (FF-upper), i sat in the main stand once and it was bizzare as other than the odd away trip i'd never seen another stand or watched a game from the other side of the pitch. Great memories of the Kippax, my first ever game was the kippax last last, still got the flag somewhere.

Stood/sat all over Maine rd-was in the family stand for the 10-1,season ticket in the kippax 89 till the terrace shut,ST Platt Lane, then back to Kippax, seated, lower tier, then over to North stand until MR closed. only had a few games in the Main stand-always thought it was full of moaners and they used to frown if you stood up and cheered-Kippax was def more my style.

First in j block bit with no roof between main stand and north and then the kippax row d . had some great great times and watched it all from highest highs to lowest lows - wouldn't change it for the world.

All over, best games in North or Gene Kelly though, I never actually liked the Kippax that much (Apart from attending some events in the boxes with plenty of free food). Was great when we'd be building up with all the stamping in the Gene Kelly, and the thing felt like it was going to come crashing down! Obviously far less amusing when it was a typical Mancunian evening of cold lashing rain.

In the Kippax.Has a kid I liked to sit above the exit tunnels else I couldn't
see fuck all.Later, anywhere that wasn't behind a roof support.

Started in the PLatt Lane (the old Platt Lane!) then moved to the Kippax (standing!) then The North Stand (last row and 3 seats on our row - it was brilliant!) then finally the 'new' Platt Lane before coming out here...

I was also in the Main Stand for the 5-1 with a row of rags in front of me, i was reasonably quiet until the 4th and 5th went in.......then i went fooking mental even though i had taken a customer (a rag) with me!!

Started in the old kippax, in the corner between the Kippax & North stand. Sat on the wall at the front for the "big games"

Ended up in the kippax upper row d seat 9 or there abouts

Happy days!!

Old Kippax, top left.
Ended up in North stand whilst Old Kippax was ruined/rebuilt
New Kippax, second tier, half way line.

5-1 Charlton was in the bit between Main stand and North stand,
no idea why to this day, unless it was to get on the pitch easier.

Started off standing to the left of the goal near the wall in the scoreboard end
Then a season ticket five rows behind the goal in the Platt Lane
Followed by season tickets in the North Stand and finally behind the directors' box in the Main Stand
