Deary me.So you are saying when these incidents happened and in the following weeks there were more important cases to be dealt with. Tell me which cases were more important that they took up the whole resources of that police force and how someone saying nowt gets done without brain damage is correct.
Also note I haven't blamed individual coppers and we can go with plenty of examples of the police not doing their jobs if you like.
As someone who did the job your bias is understandable it happens with every profession on here. I have no reason to attack the police unless I hear something I find unacceptable.
I have grandkids and strangely enough I don't want them assaulted while coppers seem to think it's not quite a high enough priority.
When stories like this occur it's amazing how eventually some high ranking copper eventually accepts mistakes have been made and they must do better.
Until next time.
I mean the police don't have form for this do they?
Pissing in the wind Bert.Deary me.
Did I say ‘more important?’ And I can assure you the ‘brain damage’ remark was never uttered by a police officer.
You don’t blame individuals then you blame individuals.
First hand experience doesn’t equate to bias it equates to knowledge.
And those high ranking officers are simply thinking of their own careers when they say that.
I’ve given a lengthy reply to why policing isn’t able to meet demand and yet people are so entrenched in the whole ‘they can’t be bothered’ view which couldn’t be further from the truth.
Two lads I went to work with both went to join the police. The first one was a top lad, good morals, quite handy would have been a decent copper. That doesnt answer why you didnt want to join....surely,there would have been even more reason if 'they were good'.
Criticising then,not slagging.
Yes,it really is.....fucking backwards in fact.
Yeah no answer to the cases more important or as important because you can't. You should have told us you were there though when this copper didn't say this. Would have cleared it all up.Deary me.

Maybe you could enlighten us to the exact conversation?
Quite handy sounds like trouble. Two lads I went to work with both went to join the police. The first one was a top lad, good morals, quite handy would have been a decent copper.
Second lad also top bloke, afraid of his own shadow though. Was actually off sick with stress because of a new phone system at our place. The sort if there is a pile up in a pub is hid round the corner.
Second lad got the job. By the way my mum worked for them for years I know a lot of the good and bad. Don't get anyone justifying their reaction to this news story. But like I said people don't give much of a fuck anymore. Even for traumatised and injured kids.
Its an odd view don't complain about a job someone does or about an institution unless you have actually done the job.You have lost me.....?
No you can'tI can assure you it was never ever said.
