Where/ how does Delph fit in?

Apart from the obvious injuries, I think we might play him instead of Navas or Stirling when we need to play a more cautious game with him playing alongside Yaya and Fern in a 4 3 2 1, rather than the more pressing 4 2 3 1of late

It entirely depends on who is in need of a rest of who is injured or suspended. You need more than 11 players

We've already had three players out for over a month and the season is only two games old. I think he'll get plenty of opportunities to shine in midfield.

Yaya seems to be undroppable when he's fit. Dinho's on fire, we haven't seen Fernando yet. Delph must get in the C.L. squad cos he's English, so who gets dropped when he plays?

Yaya and Dinho. In the carling cup.

When we start playing twice a week he will feature plenty. Dinho busts his nuts every game and i dont think pellegrini thinks he recovers sufficiently to play twice a week.

Delph will rotate with Fernadinho.

And when Fernandinho/Yaya are playing, he should come on for Yaya after 75mins assuming we're doing ok.

It's all about managing Yaya's game time so he gets enough rest.

He's primarily Dinho's understudy imo,however......I think the two playing together would be a superb platform for our front four.

I'd like to see.

It's a squad game. He will play when it suits the team.

Nicky Butt was behind Scholes and Keane yet played loads and got 40? England caps?

It's a 50-60 game season, they'll be plenty of opportunity. He will have seen the level Fernandinho is playing at, he'll know he has to be on top form to get minutes.
